Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and ship with tracking. Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Holiday orders: to receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by November 25.
Returns
Not happy? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Damaged or broken items
Glass occasionally breaks in transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No need to return the broken item.
